We endeavor to ensure that all information and prices are correct on the site, however the practice will take no responsibility for any incorrect information displayed.
We will not share any of your personal details with any outside person or agency unless we are required to by law.
The practice will not accept any form of abuse, whether verbal or physical against any member of its team.
The practice reserves the right to refuse to see or treat any patient.
We will charge a fee for any appointments which are missed, or cancelled without 48 working hours notice at our discretion.
The practice tries to minimise the need to change or cancel appointments. However, in the event of the practice changing or cancelling an appointment, we will not be liable to any travelling or accommodation costs which you have incurred.
